Former Cameroon defender Rigobert Song is reportedly fighting for his life after suffering a stroke on Sunday.
According to thesun.co.uk, the 40-year-old was at his home in the Odza neighbourhood in Yaounde when he had his stroke, and was rushed to hospital.
Song, who is the uncle of ex-Arsenal, West Ham and Charlton midfielder Alex Song, is the current head coach of Chad.
He captained Cameroon to back-to-back Africa Cup of Nations titles in 2000 and 2002.
The former Liverpool and West Ham defender appeared in four World Cups with Cameroon in 1994, 1998, 2002 and 2010.
