By James Agberebi: Nigeria striker, Junior Ajayi, scored two goals in Al Ahly’s 5-2 home win against Al Mokawloon Al Arab in the Egyptian top flight on Monday.


Wahid Azarou gave Al Ahly the lead in the seventh minute before Ajayi doubled their lead in the 16th minute.

On the stroke of half-time, Mohamed Farouk pulled a goal back for against Al Mokawloon Al Arab to make it 2-1.

Ten minutes into the second half, Ahmed Ali got on the score sheet to make it 2-2.

In the 84th minute, Ajayi grabbed his second goal to make it 3-2 with Islam Mohareb adding a fourth goal on 90th minute.

And in the 94th minute, Azarou scored his second goal to end bring the score to 5-2.

Ajayi has now scored seven goals in 19 league appearances for Ahly so far this season.

Ahly maintain their lead in the league table on 60 points.
