Hottest Artists 2015 Notjustok

1. Olamide

Olamide aka Baddosneh is The Hottest Artist in Nigeria for the year 2015!

This young man has built an empire all by himself – YBNL Nation – and has created star artists and producers in the process. Olamide embodies the word “consistency”; with 4 albums (plus a joint album) released in the last 5 years, he’s clearly the most consistent Nigerian artist in half a decade. This is reflected in his continuous rise up #TheList from #7 in 2013 to #3 in 2014, and now #1 in 2015!

In the last 12 months alone, Olamide released 2 albums, Street OT and 2 Kings (alongside Phyno), at least 5 music videos, and dropped some more singles, the biggest being the megahit “Shakiti Bobo” which is the #1 song and dance in Nigeria at the moment. While he may not be winning all the international awards, Olamide has created a cult-like following, particularly in the South-West. He’s also arguably the most featured musician in Nigeria today.

With event bookings flowing in almost on a daily basis, including local and international tours, plus lucrative endorsements, Olamide sits comfortably on the throne as The Hottest Artist in Nigeria 2015!

Congratulations, Baddo!
