‘IPOB Radio Nigeria Hausa service’ is not aired from our Family House, Nnamdi Kanu’s Brother cries out

Prince Emmanuel Kanu, the younger brother of the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra ( IPOB), has denied that contrary to suspicions in the security circle, the newly launched ‘IPOB Radio Nigeria Hausa service’ is not aired from their family house.

This is as the younger Kanu has raised the alarm that four Hilux vans of the operatives of the Department of State Services ( DSS) were allegedly patrolling the street to their Afaraukwu Umuahia family home Saturday afternoon.

According to him, the patrol was apparently on the theory that the studio of the newly launched ‘Radio Nigeria Hausa service’ by IPOB was located in the compound.

He said IPOB had no radio studio in the compound and wondered why security operatives are parading the street leading to their house.

Kanu decried the incessant raid of their family house by security agents since September 14 .

The IPOB Leader’s brother also alleged that security agents are building check points indiscriminately around the community, insisting that such action is uncalled for as IPOB has no arms nor weapons anywhere.

He called on the international community to prevail on the Nigerian Government to stop the security operatives from further raid of the premises.

It will be recalled that the whereabouts of the IPOB Leader has remained a subject of controversy since after the September 14 military invasion of the compound during which over 20 IPOB members were also allegedly killed.
