Justice Ibrahim Saulawa panel of the Court of Appeal in Abuja, on Wednesday set aside the Justice Abang judgement that ordered INEC to publish Jimoh Ibrahim’s name as the PDP governorship candidate in the forthcoming Ondo election.

In his ruling, Justice Saulawa described Justice Abang’s verdict as a “violent attitudinal disposition to rule of law by not giving Eyitayo Jegede fair hearing before its verdict.”

He said, ‘ Replacing Jegede with Ibrahim without hearing Jegede, ‘was breach of fair hearing’.
