Nollywood actor, Yomi Fash Lanso has emerged cultural ambassador of Olokun festival 2015.

Fash-Lanso, who recently lost his aged mother, was unveiled as the festival’s cultural ambassador at an elaborate event which held at the Suntan Beach in Badagry, Lagos on Thursday, October 22, 2015.

Speaking to Vanguard Newspaper, he said, “It was a beautiful event and I am proud to have been a part of it, not just about the Yoruba culture, but I would love to see changes in our cultural tourism industry.”

In furtherance, the actor urged individuals to protect the Yoruba culture and heritage saying it is meant to be cherished and passed on to generations to come.
